Man built an island in Cancun using recycled plastic bottles.

Man single handedly constructs Island using trash plastic bottles and recycled materials.

Richard Sowa ,a British man living in Cancun is trying to get his Island a legal recognition. The Island built almost entirely out of recycled materials was created in 2007 out of reclaimed wood which keeps on floating atop millions of plastic wastes. 

He says it is ''a way of turning the trash of the world into paradise''.
